Terms of Use (EULA)

Last updated: July 17, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the NurseDrive application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your own NCLEX-RN exam preparation. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the App or its content.

2. Educational purpose — not medical advice

NurseDrive provides educational content for exam review only. It does not constitute medical advice and must not be used to guide the care of any real patient. Always follow the official protocols of your institution and the guidance of qualified professionals. Content, including dosage-calculation practice, may contain errors and should be independently verified.

3. Subscriptions, free trial & renewal

NurseDrive Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) and may include a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. No guarantee of results

NurseDrive is a study aid. We do not guarantee that using the App will result in passing the NCLEX-RN or any examination.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
