This Privacy Policy explains how NurseDrive (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use the NurseDrive mobile application (the “App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and collecting only what is needed to run the App.

Information we collect

Account information. If you create an account, we process your email address through Google Firebase Authentication to sign you in and sync your progress.
Purchase information. Subscription status is processed through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store / Google Play. We never receive or store your full payment card details.
Usage & progress data. Questions answered, scores, and study streaks are stored to power your progress and readiness features. Where you are signed in, this may be stored in Google Cloud Firestore linked to your account.
Diagnostic data. Aggregated, non-identifying crash and performance data may be collected to improve reliability.

How we use information

We use the information above to provide and personalize the study experience, maintain your subscription entitlements, sync progress across your devices, and improve the App. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not serve third-party advertising.

Service providers

We rely on the following processors, each under their own privacy terms: Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Apple / Google (payments and app distribution).

Data retention & your choices

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Children

NurseDrive is intended for nursing students and professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
